| Annotation description: | Data in Figure 7 shows live cell labelling with CDH-8 antibodies co-localizes with pre (vGlut) and post synaptic (SynGAP) antigens in cortical neurons in culture. Figure 7C to F indicate CDH-8 immunogold labelling at asymmetrical glutamatergic synapses.
