| Annotation description: | Fig. 4A: Surface GluA1 staining, but not total GluA1, in PV-positive interneurons was lower in erbin KO mice compared with wild-type controls. Fig. 4D, E: The amplitude of peak AMPA currents in fast-spiking interneurons were reduced after puff application of AMPA. Together, this supports the notion that erbin regulates the surface insertion, not just synaptic targeting, of AMPA receptors. |
