In Fig.4+6+8+9 the authors show that:
1. Fig.4: TFMPP (5-HT1B receptor agonist), reduced in a dose-related manner the amplitude of glutamatergic EPSCs evoked by stimulating selectively the optic nerve (hamster SCN)
2. Fig.6: TFMPP had no effect on the amplitude of inward currents generated by local application of glutamate (hamster SCN)
3. Fig.8+9: Effect of TFMPP on circadian rhythm (mediated by SCN) is not observed in 5-HT1B receptor knock-out mice (mouse brain)
