- "The D1R was most commonly found within spines (Fig. 5a, b) that typically received asymmetric synaptic inputs from unlabeled terminals. In some instances, D1R-labeled spines were seen to emerge from parent dendrites that were devoid of D1R labeling (Fig. 5c). The D1R was less commonly present within dendrites (Fig. 5d) or axon terminals (Fig. 5e)."
