| Annotation description: | Tsc2+/- hippocampal pyramidal neurons transfected at DIV 21 with EGFP showed immature spines ( more long, thin filopodia) compared the WT. Quantification showed the Tsc2 mutation reduced the width of dendritic protrusions and increased their length. |
