Figure 4: Western blot analysis using anti-trkBin reveals the full-length trkB and several minor bands in the PSD (Fig. 4A). The bands were abolished using antibodies preadsorbed with the peptide antigens (Fig.4B), indicating specificity of the immunoreaction.
