Figure 5: time-lapse experiments on neurons co-expressing Homer1c and fluorophore-tagged CPG2 showed high association with PSDs.

Figure 7: Shank knockdown reduced clathrin-positive PSDs and association of some endocytic proteins with PSD, but not CPG2 for which EZ localizating is seemingly independent of PSD-EZ coupling via Shank. "Unfortunately for CPG2, we were not able to obtain high-density localization maps and were unable to draw any conclusions about the nanoscale organization of CPG2 at the EZ."
