Annotation description:The authors used synaptosomes derived from vGlut-Venus knockin mice to enrich for glutamatergic presynaptic terminals. Mass spectrometry was performed to detect protein content, which identified PPP2R1B. Although this method favors the detection of presynaptic proteins, postsynaptic or extrasynaptic localization of PPR2R1B cannot be excluded with this method.
