Annotation description:Figure 3 shows that by quantitative electron microscopy that in slices from αCaMKII KO mice, asymmetric synapses on dendritic spines of CA1 pyramidal neurons, the number of docked vesicles is increased. Figure S4 shows example images.

Figure 2d show that during a 10 Hz train, the depletion rate of SVs is lower in slices from αCaMKII KO mice.

Taken together, these data point to a regulatory role of αCaMKII on synaptic vesicle docking.
